Did you know that a 15-minute walk can improve your wellbeing? Take strides to improve your overall wellbeing by joining the Wellbeing Walkers. This walking group meets once a week for six weeks and will help you stay on track by providing accountability and motivation along your journey to wellbeing. Stay in step with Sara Wright, personal trainer at the Crosby Wellness Center and CHWB Wellbeing Guide, as you navigate the public indoor walking track at the CHWB.

By participating in this six-week journey, you can expect to:

  • discover how the activity of walking can help improve your health.
  • learn the benefits of walking, recommended weekly amount of exercise and how to develop a plan that suits your needs.
  • learn specific exercises designed to improve your walking ability.

This program is presented by Sara Wright and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
