The Center for Health & Wellbeing is led by a team of passionate and committed individuals who work every day to make CHWB Central Florida’s place to find your center. We are proud to introduce these leaders in Wholeness, Fitness and Medicine, professionals who work alongside dozens of others who share the same passion for and commitment to the CHWB vision of whole-person health.

Matt Noe
Executive Director
Center for Health & Wellbeing

Matt Noe is the Executive Director for the Center for Health & Wellbeing. He has spent the last 14 years in the health, wellness, and education fields, most recently as the Director of the Crosby Wellness Center at the Center for Health & Wellbeing.  

Matt started his career as a personal trainer and advanced into a variety of roles within the industry, such as Assistant Club Manager, Membership Sales Representative, Member Relations Manager and Center Director.   

Matt graduated with a B.S. in Sports Management from Eastern Kentucky University in 2007 and holds seven Nationally Accredited Certifications in the fitness industry.   

Matt has also been a successful entrepreneur, business owner, consultant and spokesperson in the health and wellness industry.  He has a passion for serving others, leading people and being involved in the local community and local church. In his free time, Matt enjoys camping with his family, playing sports, running, swimming, hiking, biking, and getting lost in a good book or documentary.   

Jackie Carlin
Community Education Director
Center for Health & Wellbeing

Jackie Carlin is the Community Education Director at the Center for Health & Wellbeing. Prior to joining the team, she spent nearly 15 years at Growing Bolder, where she oversaw all editorial projects, including the media company’s nationally syndicated TV shows, radio programs and podcasts, its magazine and its popular social media channels.

In that role, she actively engaged with one of the largest active adult audiences in media, creating stories to inspire healthy living and motivational lessons for overcoming obstacles, and she worked closely with community partners such as AdventHealth, Florida Blue Medicare, the Mayflower, the National Senior Games and the Winter Park Health Foundation.

She is a three-time Emmy nominee who also worked at WESH-TV in Orlando and in the Washington, DC, bureau of ABC News, where she produced long-time White House correspondent Sam Donaldson’s webcasts and national radio program.

A graduate of the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, Jackie is a Pennsylvania native who has called Central Florida home for nearly 20 years. She lives in Orlando with her husband, teenage daughter and too many cats (they just seem to keep showing up!).

Kate Stone
Event Services Manager
Center for Health & Wellbeing

Kate Stone began at the Center for Health & Wellbeing as Welcome Desk Lead, greeting guests and helping visitors reach their destinations within the building.

In her current role as Event Services Manager, Kate oversees logistics required for successful community education programs, event execution, and guest services. Her years of customer service experience guide her focus on promoting health education programs at the Center.

Kate moved to Central Florida from Southern California in 2018, joining the inaugural staff at the Center in April 2019. 

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Organizational Communication and Leadership.

Steve Mathes
Facility Manager
Center for Health & Wellbeing

Steve Mathes was the Facility Manager for the City of Winter Park from 1995 to 2018. He worked in the Facilities Management Division in various capacities for more than 20 years.

Steve obtained his Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) in 2012. He has been licensed as a Master Electrician for over two decades.

Steve has been an active member of the Orlando Chapter of IFMA since 2007. He served as a member of the Awards Committee in 2009, achieving recognition as Chapter of the Year. He has held numerous leadership positions for the Chapter, including Vice President, President and continues to serve as a Presidential Advisor to the Board.

Steve served as a member of the Facility Manager Task Force for U.S. Communities in 2016. The Task Force consists of six public sector facility managers throughout the nation, who collaborate by aggregating spend analysis to identify opportunities for cooperative contracts that will result in cost savings for government agencies. During his career, Steve has received several prestigious awards in recognition of his service. He was named Employee of the Year by the City of Winter Park in 1997 and 2012. In 2014, he received the Chamber Hero award from the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce.

Medicine Team

Dr. Arianna Becker
Family Medicine Physician
AdventHealth

Arianna Becker, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician. Along with treating acute and chronic illnesses in patients ages 18 years and older, her areas of interest include preventive medicine, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, knee injections, suturing lacerations, and women’s health. Dr. Becker earned her medical degree with honors from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, where she was the recipient of the American Medical Women’s Association Glasgow-Rubin Achievement Award.

She also received awards for her community outreach and participation in a relief effort program. She went on to complete her residency as part of AdventHealth’s Family Medicine Residency program, where she received the Heart of Compassion Award. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Trevor Hicks
Operations Manager

AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab

Trevor Hicks joined the team at AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab at the Center for Health & Wellbeing in 2019. In his role as Operations Manager, Trevor oversees a team of physical therapists.

Trevor has been a licensed physical therapist for more than four years. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UCF and has certifications in Functional Movement Screening, Neuro, and Concussion.

A serious runner himself, he enjoys helping others compete and staying active.

Dr. Emily Mammone
Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Licensed Acupuncturist
AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab

Dr. Emily Mammone is a licensed acupuncturist and doctor of Oriental Medicine. Dr. Mammone earned her master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Miami, Florida and interned at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She joined the team at AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab at the Center for Health & Wellbeing in 2019 and is currently a licensed acupuncturist on staff.

Her clinical experience includes gut health, autoimmune disorders, hormone imbalances, pain, digestive issues, anxiety, depression, fatigue, insomnia, migraines, and more.

A partnership between
