Support for Your Mind, Body and Spirit

Personal wellbeing is more than regular visits to the gym – it encompasses care for multiple aspects of your mind, body and spirit. Featuring a design that blends the healing power of nature with state-of-the-art health offerings, the Center for Health & Wellbeing offers residents of Eatonville, Maitland, Winter Park and other surrounding Central Florida communities a fully integrated, innovative whole-person health experience.

Guided by the belief that wholeness is achieved through an internal balance of the Seven Dimensions of Wellbeing — Physical, Intellectual, Environmental, Vocational, Social, Emotional and Spiritual — the Center was designed to create an environment that builds, supports and sustains community members no matter where they are in their journey to whole health.
