Whether you’re attending a wellness seminar, connecting to your Healthy Living Experience, or enjoying the aromas of Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen, The Commons will help guide your path to whole-person health.

  • Climate-controlled Indoor Walking Track overlooking The Commons
  • Professionally-manicured garden trails
  • Newly expanded sidewalk trails encircling the Center
  • All walking paths are open to the public. No Crosby Wellness Center membership needed.

Kids’ Corner

Enjoy your workout at the Crosby Wellness Center or quick visit to the doctor and know that your child is in good hands at the Kids’ Corner. Our caring, professional staff is certified in CPR and trained to provide children – ages 6 weeks to 12 years – with fun, interactive experiences in: 

  • Arts and crafts
  • Music and movement
  • Games
  • Gym activities
  • Themed special events
  • And more!

Crosby Wellness Center members and non-members are welcome to take advantage of our Kids’ Corner any time they visit the Center for Health & Wellbeing. Please complete this form to learn more about our childcare services, reservations, drop-in rates, and policies.

BeWell Bar

The BeWell Bar is a smart bar dedicated to wellness and connectivity. Here, you will find an assortment of products to help you maintain your health and fitness such as activity trackers, scales, blood pressure cuffs, foam rollers, compression socks, pulse oximeters and blood glucometers. The Bar features a specialist who can advise you how to use the various wellness technologies, phone apps and devices including tools from Fitbit and Garmin. Track your calories, exercise goals or health metrics with the help of the latest technology tools. If you need tech or wearable assistance, contact the BeWell Specialist at 407-418-3654.
