Complete a full body strength workout using muscles in your upper body, lower body and core.

Strength training is one of the greatest gifts that women can give their bodies for the years to come. Benefits of strength training include increased bone density and improved cardiovascular health, plus proven mood and mental health rewards.

In this program led by Crosby Wellness Center group fitness instructor Julie Rooth, you’ll complete a full body strength workout using muscles in your upper body, lower body and core. Proper form including modifications will be taught, increasing your confidence for making strength training a regular part of your fitness routine.

This program is presented by Julie Rooth and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center.

About Your Program Presenter

Julie Rooth has been an ACE certified group fitness instructor since 2017, and is a member of the Crosby Wellness Center group fitness team. Julie plans and teaches workout classes reaching many throughout the community, working with clients of all ages from teens to adults, to help everyone reach their fitness goals.
