November is National Caregiving Month, an important reminder that it’s not only nice, but it’s crucial that caregivers incorporate time into their busy lives to also care for themselves. Caregivers are prone to poor health habits themselves due to their long, tireless days caring for a loved one. What if there was a way to incorporate safe, healthy exercises into both people’s lives? We can help! In this special program, Crosby Wellness Center group fitness instructor Joy Henderson will showcase safe movements you and your care partner can enjoy together. Safety is a top priority for both participants, and this workshop will take your unique factors into consideration, including the stage of illness, mobility, and fitness level. During this gentle movement workshop, learn how to make time for movement, incorporate it into your everyday lives and to love it, with your care partner by your side.

Special Instructions: Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring their own bottles of water.

This program is presented by Joy Henderson and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
