Join Aileen Suseck for Throwback Tone-Up, a strength and toning class that is set to all your favorite Motown hits from the past!

One of the best ways to make healthy habits a lifestyle is to find things you’ll want to return to again and again. Activities that make you laugh, connect you with others and get your heart beating in the process are the golden ticket to sustained healthy living. And we’ve got just the thing for you! Join Aileen Suseck of Studio K for Throwback Tone-Up, a strength and toning class that is set to all your favorite Motown hits from the past! Exercise modifications will be provided, so this class is open to everyone of all fitness levels.

This program is intended for rockers 14 years old and older.

Special Instructions: Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Attendees are strongly urged to come dressed in comfortable clothing and sneakers.

This program is presented by Studio K and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
