Crosby Wellness Center group exercise instructor Julie Rooth will introduce kettlebells & demonstrate how to use it as part of your routine

Have you ever worked out with a kettlebell? Are you wondering what the heck one is and how to use it? We’re here to help! Kettlebells are a fun way to work muscles differently than dumbbells while giving you great physical results. In this introductory kettlebell class, led by Crosby Wellness Center group exercise instructor Julie Rooth, you’ll be using one kettlebell for a full-body workout. You can also expect some fun cardio mixed in as well.

When you leave this class, you’ll have more confidence to begin incorporating kettlebell workouts in your regular fitness routine, and you may just discover your new favorite way to work out!

This program is presented by Julie Rooth and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center.

About the Presenter:  

Julie Rooth has been an ACE certified group fitness instructor since 2017 and is a member of the Crosby Wellness Center group fitness team. Julie plans and teaches workout classes reaching many throughout the community, working with clients of all ages from teens to adults, to help everyone reach their fitness goals.
