Have you ever wondered how to use yoga props properly? Yoga props, like blocks, straps and bolsters, are an excellent way to enhance your yoga practice; they assist us with alignment, ease, and aid. Learn how to use yoga props to deepen your yoga practice in this program led by Crosby Wellness Center’s Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer Amber Dellich. She will touch on three different yoga props and the benefits of using each one.

Special Instructions: Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats to this program.

By participating in this session, you can expect to learn:

  • how to identify three yoga props: blocks, bolsters, straps.
  • how to identify the purpose and at least three benefits of using yoga props.
  • at least 10 poses using yoga props.

This program is presented by Amber Dellich and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center.

Cancelling Your Reservation: If you are unable to attend a program, cancelling your reservation gives us an accurate count of how many to expect; for sold-out programs, cancelling your reservation also allows someone on the waitlist to attend in your place.
