Join Crosby Wellness Center yoga instructor Becca Schmidt for an introduction to the importance of flexibility.

What is the difference between flexibility, agility and mobility?  These are terms we often hear fitness instructors use, but what do these concepts actually look like in the body? Using yoga as a base, Crosby Wellness Center yoga instructor Becca Schmidt, E-RYT500/YACEP, will guide you through a practice that will explore the three terms with a focus on some of the best methods for increasing flexibility. We’ll even add in a splash of “flexibility of the brain!”

Program note: please dress in comfortable clothes and bring your own yoga mat.

This program is presented by Becca Schmidt and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with Crosby Wellness Center.

Becca Schmidt RYT500/YACEP has been teaching yoga and yoga fitness for 18 years. Her certifications include Yoga Therapy for Seniors, Prenatal Yoga, Hands on Assist, Yoga for Dance and more. She holds the experience level accreditation to teach other yoga teachers.
