Get your body ready to rock around the Christmas tree with this fun fitness class set to your favorite holiday tunes. Join Aileen Suseck of Studio K for Throwback Tone-Up, a strength and toning class that is set to all of your favorite Holiday hits from yesterday and today! This program is intended for rockin’ reindeer 14 years old and older.

This program is presented by Studio K and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

About the Presenting Organization
