It’s the Five Days of Fitmas! Join us every day, from December 11 through December 15, 11 am to noon, for a special holiday-themed class led by your favorite Crosby Wellness Center instructors. These classes are designed to help keep you on track with your health goals this holiday season while still enjoying the fun and joy this time of year has to offer.

Crosby Wellness Center yoga instructor Miranda Harris kicks the week off with a relaxing Holiday Stretch program. She’ll guide you through some poses designed to increase your flexibility and help keep you injury-free, no matter how much you rock around the Christmas tree!

This program is presented by Miranda Harris and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center.

About the Presenter:

Miranda Harris became inspired to learn more about yoga philosophy while traveling across India in 2017. She later enrolled in year-long yoga teacher training with the intention to deepen her personal practice. She quickly found a passion for teaching and went on to complete her 500 hour yoga teacher training at Warrior One in Orlando, FL. Miranda utilizes mindfulness and purposeful movement to creatively and carefully guide students into their bodies. Above all, she believes yoga should be accessible to all humans. She incorporates modifications and props in her teachings to safely challenge and inspire students. Miranda is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Rollins College.
