Say “aloha” to a connected body, mind and spirit in this dance-style fitness class hosted focused on celebrating the music and movements of Hawaii.

Join Studio K Instructor Kai Kamai for a Polynesian style fitness class that adds sass and swag into your daily step. Fun cardio music will get you moving before island music slows the pace for additional toning work. This program is low impact and for all fitness levels.

Special Instructions: Attendees are strongly urged to dress in comfortable clothing and sneakers and to bring a water bottle.

This program is presented by Studio K and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

Cancelling Your Reservation: If you are unable to attend a program, cancelling your reservation gives us an accurate count of how many to expect; for sold-out programs, cancelling your reservation also allows someone on the waitlist to attend in your place. Cancelling can be done in two simple ways: by calling 407.644.2492 and selecting Option 1, then Option 3 to speak to a representative or by using the online ticket cancellation option in your original confirmation email from Eventbrite.
