No matter what life has in store, from grand adventures to future health challenges, functional fitness can keep you moving throughout your life. Join Crosby Wellness Center group exercise instructor Tracy Foust for Functional Fitness, a class designed to prepare your body for the years ahead.

In functional fitness, you will focus on cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility, and coordination, learning skills and tips for increasing your balance, coordination and mobility.

Program note: Attendees should come dressed in comfortable clothing and bring their own bottles of water.

This program is presented by Tracy Foust and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center.

About the Presenter:  

Tracy Foust has been working in the fitness industry for more than 23 years. She is certified in Spin, Barre, Aqua, TRX, Older Adult strength training and is a NASM certified personal trainer. She’s a former high school teacher and coach who opened her own business personal training business and leads personal and group fitness programs. She did her graduate studies in Psychology and Counseling and has a strong belief that our mental and physical heath are connected.
