Join Crosby Wellness Center group exercise instructor KK Swanson to learn exercises and stretches to help you feel stronger every day.

Want to improve flexibility and ease joint pain? There are many exercises you can do to reduce the inflammation that arthritis can cause. Join Crosby Wellness Center group exercise instructor KK Swanson for a class focused on exercises and stretches you can do to feel stronger each day.

Program note: please dress in comfortable clothes and bring your own exercise mat and water bottle.

This program is presented by KK Swanson and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center.

About the Presenter:  

Katelynn Swanson, aka KK, has been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years. After attending the University of Florida and earning both her bachelor’s and Master’s in exercise science, KK worked with clients and companies all over New York City. She currently owns a personal training and nutrition business, helping clients all over the US become healthier. KK specializes in strength training, weight loss and nutrition education.
