Join Studio K dance instructor Laura Breece for a program focused on stretching with blended principles from Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation.

Join Studio K dance instructor Laura Breece for a class that focuses on deep, focused stretching while blending additional principles from Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation. This class is perfect for all ages and all fitness levels to help you let go of the stresses of the day. It’s also the perfect complement to your other fitness conditioning classes as it will help you work on your movement techniques.

Program note: Please bring a yoga mat.

This program is presented by Laura Breece of Studio K and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

About the Presenter:  

Laura Breece has been teaching dance and actively choreographing since 1985. She has staged competition show choir, school productions, community theatre, and professional theatre, in addition to teaching at the studio level. She specializes in creating innovative movement that makes the most of the individual’s skill level. She has created works in three states, including directing an original musical presented in New York City. Laura has been an instructor with Studio K and a part of Studio K’s Mobile Team for the last six years.

Known as the studio where pop culture meets dance and fitness, Studio K features the largest offering of dance and fitness classes in the nation for adults of all levels of ability, ages 14 and up. With 35 styles of classes, there is truly something for everyone. Studio K has been voted #1 “Best Studio Body and Soul” for the last six consecutive years by the readers of Orlando Magazine in their Best of Orlando Awards, and in 2021, was also named the #1 “Best Workout Facility/Gym.” In addition, in 2021, Studio K was named the “Best Workout Classes” in the Best of the Best Awards for Orlando Family Magazine. The tag line at Studio K is “The Floor is Yours,” meaning no matter your age, size, level of ability, or even if you have a disability, The Floor is Yours to achieve any goal in a positive, supportive, fun environment.
