Put on your dancing shoes and join us for a fun evening of dancing, prizes, food and fun! This February, we’re bringing back our popular Heart Month Dance Party to inspire you to shimmy, shake and move your way to better health. Get your heart beating while some of your favorite Crosby Wellness Center instructors lead you through a mixture of fun choreography and dance styles, including Zumba, Hip Hop, Latin and more!
We’re excited to welcome Dr. Arianna Becker, a familiar face at the Center for Health & Wellbeing, to the event. She will inspire you to find fun and interesting ways to incorporating movement and activity into your everyday lives, an important step in establishing and maintaining heart health.
Come dressed to sweat and move in comfortable clothing and sneakers. We’d love to see you in red and pink! No experience is required and all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
In between dance sessions, snack on some tasty treats from Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen.
We’ll also be giving away several great prizes from our partners at the Crosby Wellness Center, Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen and AdventHealth, including tickets to Walt Disney World and a Solar Bears game!
This program is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in collaboration with the Crosby Wellness Center.
