Yoga is a powerful tool for the body, mind and soul, and it’s the perfect activity your whole family can enjoy together. In this free yoga class led by Crosby Wellness Center group fitness instructor Nicole Elliot, you and the children in your life will learn easy, fun yoga poses and practice calming meditations. She will also lead the class through yoga postures, calming breathing techniques and tips on practicing mindfulness in your everyday, busy lives. Orange County Public Schools are closed on October 7, so bring your favorite junior yogis and help them return to school in a calmer, more focused state.

Program notes: This class is appropriate for ages four and older. Please bring your own yoga mats and water to class.
