Join Aileen of Studio K for Throwback Tone-Up, a strength and toning class using your own body weight that is set to your favorite ‘80s hits

One of the best ways to make healthy habits a lifestyle is to find things you’ll want to return to again and again. Activities that make you laugh, connect you with others and get your heart beating in the process are the golden ticket to sustained healthy living. And we’ve got just the thing for you! Join Aileen of Studio K for Throwback Tone-Up, a strength and toning class using your own body weight that is set to all your favorite ‘80s hits! This program is intended for rockers 14 years old and older.

Special Instructions: Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Attendees are strongly urged to come dressed in comfortable clothing and sneakers.

This program is presented by Studio K and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

About the Presenter:
