Join KK Swanson as we learn how to tailor your exercise routine to your fitness goals and your busy schedule.

Fall into fitness and find something that not only works, but that you’ll enjoy doing regularly. Building an exercise routine doesn’t have to be complicated! Join Crosby Wellness Center group exercise instructor KK Swanson as we learn how to tailor your exercise routine to your fitness goals and your busy schedule. Learn both cardiovascular and strength exercises that you can do on a regular basis to feel healthy and strong.

Program notes: Participants should be prepared for this program with a journal or paper and a pen for note taking.

This program is presented by KK Swanson and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center.

About the Presenter:  

Katelynn Swanson, aka KK, has been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years. After attending the University of Florida and earning both her bachelor’s and Master’s in exercise science, KK worked with clients and companies all over New York City. She currently owns a personal training and nutrition business, helping clients all over the US become healthier. KK specializes in strength training, weight loss and nutrition education.
