It’s never too late to start an exercise program, even if you have osteoporosis. In fact, strength training can prevent you from further fractures or falls.
In this informational session with Crosby Wellness Center fitness specialist Ethan Dorleans, you’ll learn how to properly and safely exercise to build strength while living with osteoporosis. Dorleans will explain the many benefits of continuing with a fitness program after diagnosis and will share important do’s and don’ts when it comes to fitness activities. Learn how to live with osteoporosis and stay active, an important step in maintaining your overall health and wellbeing.
This program is presented by Ethan Dorleans and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center.

About the Program Presenter
Ethan Dorleans is a fitness specialist at the Crosby Wellness Center. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and is a NASM certified personal trainer. He specializes in hypertrophy, strength training, and sports performance. In his free time, Dorleans enjoys basketball, Olympic weightlifting and technology.
