Under the guidance of a dynamic teaching artist from Studio K, this class will strengthen, tone, and stretch your body for full conditioning

Mix up your usual workout routine with this fun and unique class! Yogalates combines Yoga and Pilates movements for a workout designed for attendees of all fitness levels. Under the guidance of a dynamic teaching artist from Studio K, this class will strengthen, tone, and stretch your body for full conditioning.

Program note: Please come dressed to move and bring your own exercise mat and water bottle.

This program is presented by Studio K and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

About the Presenting Organization
