Crosby Wellness Center Wellness Navigator Megan Burditt will explain the concept of Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) and the insights it provides while exercising.

Program note: Please dress in comfortable clothing, as this will include some physical activity, and bring your own water bottle.

This program is presented by Megan Burditt and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center.
