This walking group meets once a week for six weeks and will help you stay on track by providing accountability and motivation along your journey to wellbeing. By participating in this six-week journey, you can expect to:

  • discover how the activity of walking can help improve your health.
  • learn the benefits of walking, recommended weekly amount of exercise and how to develop a plan that suits your needs.
  • learn specific exercises designed to improve your walking ability.

This program is presented by Sara Wright and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
