A flexible, limber body is less prone to injuries and stretching can give your mood and mental health a boost. In this interactive workshop, Crosby Wellness Center yoga instructor Katie DeAscanis will guide you through gentle stretches and teach you valuable techniques for improving your flexibility. No experience necessary, and all levels welcome.

Program Notes: Please come dressed in comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat.
