Join Crosby Wellness Center’s KK Swanson to learn techniques and tools to build stronger bones and muscles to keep yourself healthy and safe

Osteoporosis, a condition in which bones become weaker, affects millions of people every year. The good news is, through diet and exercise, it is possible to strengthen our bones! In Osteoporosis Prevention presented by Crosby Wellness Center’s KK Swanson, you’ll learn techniques and tools to build stronger bones and muscles to keep yourself healthy and safe.

This program is presented by KK Swanson and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center.

About the Presenter:  

Katelynn Swanson, aka KK, has been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years. After attending the University of Florida and earning both her bachelor’s and Master’s in exercise science, KK worked with clients and companies all over New York City. She currently owns a personal training and nutrition business, helping clients all over the US become healthier. KK specializes in strength training, weight loss and nutrition education.
