Join Studio K Instructor Liz DeMarco in a new custom class to Studio K called Moving to the Movies! If you want to work out to your favorite movie hits from yesterday and today, this all-levels class is for you! Move to your favorite action, romance, Disney, ‘80s and movie musical hits, while you burn calories and have a blast!

Special Instructions: Attendees are strongly urged to dress in comfortable clothing and sneakers. Bringing a water bottle is recommended.

This program is presented by Studio K and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

About the Presenting Organization
