Join Crosby Pilates instructor Adriana in our four-week Pilates for osteoporosis prevention workshop. Learn how the elements of Pilates can strengthen your bones and delay the onset of osteoporosis.
The class will also cover what movements to avoid in a traditional Pilates class and how to modify movements for your needs.
*Space is limited. Minimum of three participants is required with a maximum of 10. Participants are required to wear a mask, practice social distancing and bring a yoga mat.
