Curious about the benefits of yoga? People of all life stages and ages come to yoga for balance, agility, flexibility and to learn mindfulness. Join Crosby Wellness Center yoga instructor Becca Schmidt, E-RYT 500, for a working presentation where you’ll learn 10 basic poses and a new appreciation for yoga!

Program note: please come dressed in comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat.

This program is presented by Becca Schmidt and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center.

About the Presenter:  

Becca Schmidt has been teaching yoga and yoga fitness for 18 years. Her certifications include Yoga Therapy for Seniors, Prenatal Yoga, Hands on Assist, Yoga for Dance and more. She holds the experience level accreditation to teach other yoga teachers.
