February 25 | 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

To get to know and understand us better, make plans to join us for this introduction to the Center for Health & Wellbeing program.

Our whole-person health is more important today than ever before. Together, the Winter Park Health Foundation and AdventHealth invite you to discover the Center for Health & Wellbeing – a place like no other, where Wholeness, Fitness, and Medicine come together to strengthen your mind, body, and spirit. A public resource serving residents from Eatonville, Maitland, and Winter Park, and the surrounding Central Florida area, the CHWB is more than a building – it is a place for community and connection.

Maybe you’ve driven by CHWB and you aren’t sure if it’s for you, or you’re looking for a special place to work towards personal health and wellbeing and a community to support you on that journey. To get to know us better, make plans to join us for this introduction to the Center for Health & Wellbeing program, which includes a guided tour of the award-winning facility and an engaging presentation detailing our programs, services, and amenities that can support you on your journey to whole-person health – many of them free and open to the public. You’ll learn more about our mission and vision while enjoying light snacks and beverages from Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen, the healthy cafe located inside the Center for Health & Wellbeing.

Each participant who attends one of the “Re-Center Yourself” program series will be entered to win exciting giveaways from CHWB and our partner organizations. We look forward to seeing you soon at the Center for Health & Wellbeing, just two blocks south of Aloma Avenue in Winter Park.

A note regarding COVID-19 safety protocols: At this time, all guests at the Center for Health & Wellbeing are required to wear masks in all indoor spaces. Presenters may remove their masks in order to be better heard by audience members. Attendees, however, must keep their masks fully in place (covering the nose and mouth) during the entire presentation. In accordance with CHWB guidelines, our programs will also be limited in capacity and rooms set to account for social distancing.

Canceling Your Reservation: If you are unable to attend a program, canceling your reservation gives us an accurate count of how many to expect; for sold-out programs, canceling your reservation also allows someone on the waitlist to attend in your place. Canceling your reservation for this program is especially important as we are currently limiting capacities as part of our COVID-19 safety regulations. Cancelling can be done in two easy ways: by calling 407.644.2492 and selecting Option 1, then Option 3 to speak to a representative, or by using the online ticket cancellation option in your original confirmation email from Eventbrite.
