In this class, led by certified lifestyle physician Laura Varich, MD, you will learn the lifestyle moves that will help you to optimize your bone health, starting today. Dr. Varich will also share a bone-healthy recipe for you to sample, plus the recipe to take home with you to start incorporating it into your diet!
