Whether it’s for health or environmental reasons, we should all try to incorporate more plant-based dishes into our regular meal plans. Rather than focusing on what you’re “giving up,” use this exploration as an opportunity to add new culinary experiences and flavors to your life.
Join cookbook author Katie Farmand in the CHWB Nutrition Theatre for a fun class that will prove gluten-free, vegan dishes are not only delicious, they just could become your new favorites. She’ll be making (and you’ll be sampling) the following dishes: Thai butternut squash bisque with crispy quinoa; veggie enchilada casserole with creamy jalapeño sauce and vegan amaretti cookies.
This program is presented by Katie Farmand and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
Cancelling Your Reservation: In order to receive a full refund, participants must cancel their program registration at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of the program. Center for Health & Wellbeing’s Refund Policy
