Join Chef Collette Haw as she demonstrates and you sample Creamy Pumpkin Soup, Roasted Pumpkin Salad, and Streusel Pumpkin Muffins.

Not just festive front door décor for fall, with their savory flavor and powerful versatility pumpkins have a place in the kitchen, too. From bread to pasta, baked goods and soups, the orange squash can add a depth of flavor and a healthy spin on a variety of recipes. That’s right – the pumpkin is low in calories and rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

In this program, Chef Collette Haw, a classically trained Culinary Institute of America graduate with a passion for seasonal, sustainable cooking, will demonstrate three recipes that spotlight and elevate the wonderful and rich flavors of the pumpkin.

This is a demonstration-style cooking program, so prepare to sit back, relax and let our chef prepare the meal while you enjoy the delicious items. While attending this program, participants will receive a booklet for the following recipes: Creamy Pumpkin Soup, Roasted Pumpkin Salad and Streusel Pumpkin Muffins.

Cancelling Your Reservation: In order to receive a full refund, participants must cancel their program registration at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of the program. Center for Health & Wellbeing’s Refund Policy

This program is presented by Chef Collette Haw and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
