We’re celebrating two important holidays in February – National Heart Month and National Chocolate Month. Just like the timeless combo of chocolate and peanut butter, these two are meant to be. Learn how chocolate can not only be an indulgence, it can actually be good for you, too. Join Chef Collette Haw, a classically trained chef with a passion for blending comfort-food-gone-healthy and ‘food as medicine’ philosophies, in the Nutrition Theatre to learn how to make and sample three decadent, delicious and deceptively healthy recipes: Quick Chicken Mole with Rice, Avocado Sea Salt Chocolate Pudding and Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Brownies.
This program is presented by Chef Collette Haw and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
