In this class, you will learn the basics of watercolor painting, including color mixing, brush handling, and a bit of drawing composition. You will also be introduced to different techniques such as wet-on-et, dry-brush, and lifting, and will have the opportunity to practice these techniques as you create your own paintings. This class is designed to be fun, informative, and hands-on, so bring your enthusiasm and get ready to unleash your inner artist!

About the Presenter:
Experienced in engaging seniors and youth, art educator Fabiola Hansen is a welcome inspiration to the students she teaches through the Outreach Programs offered by Crealdé School of Art, Hannibal Square Heritage Center, and Easter Seals Daybreak Program. Hansen earned her degree in Art Education from the University of Central Florida and has been teaching at Crealdé since 1998. Throughout the years, Hansen has continued her art studies, taking courses in Brazil, Italy, and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. She has exhibited her work in art galleries throughout the United States and Brazil. Locally her work has been seen at Casselberry City Hall, Orlando Science Center, and Barnett Bank.
