Join Chef Collette Haw in the CHWB Nutrition Theatre for holiday desserts that incorporate healthy ingredients with beloved holiday flavors.

You’ve worked so hard this year to stick to your health goals, and the holiday season can feel like one obstacle after another on the road to wellbeing. We’re here to help you still enjoy the sweetness of the season without sacrificing your goals.

Chef Collette Haw, a classically trained chef with a passion for blending comfort-food-gone-healthy and “food as medicine” philosophies, has created a Holiday Desserts menu that incorporates healthful ingredients with some beloved holiday flavors.

Join her in the CHWB Nutrition Theatre this holiday season where she will be making (and you will be sampling) three delicious Holiday Desserts: Decadent Poached Pears with Whipped Cream, Holiday Zucchini Loaf, and Chocolate Hazelnut Truffles. You will leave with a recipe booklet to recreate these at home for your favorite festive gatherings this season and the confidence to create some new holiday traditions for your loved ones.
