Are you fueling your body in the healthiest ways possible to get ready for those sweat sessions? And giving your body the nutrients it needs to recover and build muscle? Join Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Tara Moncman of Rothman Orthopaedics and Registered Dietitian Allison Harrell in our Nutrition Theater to discuss how to properly eat to fuel your body. From protein to carbs, learn how to boost your workouts by fueling your body the way athletes do.

This program is presented by Allison Harrell and Dr. Tara Moncman and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
