It’s official — good sleep isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. However, knowing you need to get enough sleep isn’t enough to accomplish what can sometimes feel like a futile goal.

This scientifically researched program is designed to help you unlock the habits of restful and restorative sleep.

Developed by Dr. Rebecca Robbins, an internationally recognized sleep expert; Dr. Manoucher Manoucheri, a physician and medical educator; and Todd Chobotar, a wholistic health writer, editor, and publisher, this course will give you the latest discoveries in sleep medicine, equip you with dozens of strategies to combat common sleep thieves, and help you create a personal action plan to take control of your rest.

Your guide through this program is AdventHealth educator and Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist Lisa Davis, who has spent nearly 30 years in the AdventHealth system in a variety of roles, including as a recreational therapist, wellness manager for the outpatient rehab program and program manager and lead facilitator for Health Performance Strategies.

Program note: Your program fee includes a take-home participant guide that helps with changing behaviors and strategies to use in your daily life.

This program is presented by Lisa Davis and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation and AdventHealth.

About the Presenter:

Lisa Davis has been a part of the AdventHealth family for more than 28 years. Lisa started her AdventHealth journey in the inpatient Neuro and Orthopedic rehab department as a Recreational Therapist.
