The essential oils market is booming and it can feel overwhelming to know where to begin. Would you like to feel more confident about your use of essential oils? In this class, you will begin with the basics of safety and move into the myriad ways essential oils can be utilized. Studies support many first-aid applications as well as a spectrum of uses, including: muscle aches, immune boosting, mood support and more. Learn about a variety of oils, such as floral oils, citrus oils, anti-microbial oils, and multiple methods of use.

Scent samples will be provided to enhance your experience. These complex aromatic compounds can play a vital role in your wellness journey. Learn how to best incorporate them to suit your needs and wellbeing goals.

This program is presented by Judy Minear and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
