Join us virtually for “Seasonal Grocery Shopping on a Budget” on Thursday, June 9 at 6:30 PM.

Are sky-rocketing grocery bills putting a major dent in your budget? With inflation at an all-time high, the cost of groceries and gas can seem daunting and overwhelming at best. Join certified Lifestyle Medicine and Culinary Medicine Coach Debbie Zimmerman as she shares timely tips and tricks to keep your grocery shopping on budget. In this engaging and interactive online seminar, Zimmerman, a health and wellness coach, will also share several strategies on how to keep you and your family well-fed and healthy. Zimmerman will outline how to thoughtfully plan and prepare nourishing meals for you and your family.

This program is presented by Debbie Zimmerman and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

How to join the Zoom Program:

Upon registration for this program, you will receive two emails:

• One email from Eventbrite: you can either disregard this email or save it for your records. No action needed with this message.

• One email from the Center for Health & Wellbeing: this email will contain your link to join the Zoom meeting. Simply select the link and the Zoom Meeting will launch. Please allow yourself five – 10 minutes before program start to launch Zoom and confirm your technology is properly working.

Debbie Zimmerman is a certified Lifestyle Medicine and Culinary Medicine Coach; Health and Wellness Coach; Athletic Nutrition Specialist; and certified Personal Trainer. She is a licensed Food for Life Instructor and teaches nutrition and culinary classes to corporate wellness programs, small groups and individuals. Her passion provokes and influences individuals to strive for optimal health and wellness.
