If the last couple years have proven anything, we’ve been shown the importance of resilience.

If the last couple years have proven anything, we’ve been shown the importance of resilience. Challenging circumstances and people will test us, and in the process our overall health and wellbeing. In this program, led by HeartMath® Resilience Trainer Stephanie Veraghen, you’ll learn how the HeartMath® techniques — peer-reviewed research on the science of resilience — can help you thrive in a world of flux, challenges and opportunities.

This program will focus on two key topics: how to incorporate the Heart Mapping Technique into your everyday life and how to tap into your heart’s intelligence to build your own resilience. At the heart of these lessons is your own heart. In this workshop, you’ll also valuable skills, such as how to: get clarity on situations; expand your self-awareness; create new possibilities; integrate the heart into the planning process; recognize renewing and depleting emotions; manage your energy intelligently while identifying unnecessary energy expenditures and self-regulate your emotional reactions using the Heart-Focused Breathing Technique.

This program is presented by Stephanie Veraghen and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
