Relax. Let Go. Release. Receive. ⁣

Time in nature is essential to grounding and embodying the goodness life has to offer. ⁣It uplifts the mood, boosts the immune system, and relieves stress.

Join us for a special Outdoor Meditation class on the grounds of Ward Park, directly adjacent to the Center for Health & Wellbeing. During this program, we’ll sit with nature and listen; exchange breaths with the trees and walk the labyrinth, meditate, journal and bask in Nature’s love.  ⁣

The labyrinth is an ancient pattern found in many cultures around the world. Some walk a labyrinth as a kind of moving meditation. It can quiet the mind, open the heart and ground the body. It can be used as a tool to unwind our thoughts, and to let go stress or worries and concerns.

Are you wondering about something in your Life? Or looking for answers, but haven’t had the time to sit still and let the answers come?⁣ Do you just want to feel good?⁣ Does walking a labyrinth, hanging out with trees, the wind and sun sound like an amazing time to you? Are you interested in boosting your immune system, reducing stress, taking a deep breath, and an improved overall sense of wellbeing?⁣

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, this is the program for you. Join us as Julie Ward, a 100% plant-based, certified ACE health coach, nutritionist and herbalist, guides you to listen and spend intentional time with the plants, the wind, the rocks, the water, the birds and the general landscape of Ward Park.

For this program, you will meet Julie in the Center for Health & Wellbeing and she will guide you outdoors for the program. Please dress in comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing and bring a journal for any note-taking or journaling.

This program is presented by Julie Ward and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
