Event Types :

In today’s fast-paced world, challenges and uncertainties are inevitable, but your response to them doesn’t have to be. Mastering inner ease is about cultivating the resilience and self-regulation needed to thrive in moments of pressure. By tapping into your heart’s wisdom, you’ll transform how you handle stress, make decisions, and unlock creative potential.

In this workshop, led by certified life coach and HeartMath® Resilience trainer Stephanie Veraghen, you’ll discover how to create inner ease, access your innate intelligence, and approach decision-making with clarity. You’ll learn to manage and reduce feelings of anxiety and frustration while maintaining poise and a judgment-free mindset in difficult situations.

Through HeartMath® techniques, you’ll not only restore patience and resilience but also enhance creativity and intuitive insights. This clarity will enable you to shift perspectives, solve problems innovatively, and integrate heart-centered wisdom into your decision-making process. Whether it’s in high-pressure moments or routine tasks, you’ll learn how to master self-regulation, allowing you to navigate life’s challenges with ease and create new opportunities for personal and professional growth.

This program is presented by Stephanie Veraghen and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
