Date & Time

April 12 | 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Event Types :

April is National Volunteer Month, dedicated to honoring the many contributions volunteers make to organizations throughout our communities. It’s also a great time to inspire YOU to make a difference. Many say they want to volunteer, they’re just not sure how to get started or what opportunities are available to them. That’s where we come in!

For nearly 30 years, the Winter Park Health Foundation has served the communities of Eatonville, Maitland, and Winter Park, and in those years, we’ve made some really great friends. Friends who need your help!

We’re excited to announce our first ever Volunteer Fair on Wednesday, April 12, from 4 to 7 p.m. We’re going to fill the Center for Health & Wellbeing’s Commons with organizations representing the best of Central Florida community service. You’ll be able to stop by these tables, learn more about the organizations’ specific missions and discover ways your time and energy can change lives.

This Volunteer Fair is open to volunteers of all ages, including high schoolers, adults and older adults. Each one of us has the power to create change and it all starts with a simple question: how can I help? We can’t wait to show you how.

Stay tuned for more updates in the coming weeks on this exciting opportunity to connect directly with the changemakers in our communities.

This program is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
