Join us for “How to Go from Reactivity to Responsiveness,” an enlightening experience where you’ll discover the vital role emotions play in shaping your daily energy levels. Learn simple, practical techniques (that take just a few minutes each day) that will leave you empowered to build resilience, amplify energy, and cultivate focus, mental clarity, and emotional balance. These tools enhance your ability to think clearly and navigate daily stressors with ease, promoting a more fulfilling life with reduced stress.

Gain valuable insights into addressing stress, anxiety, depression, anger, and high blood pressure, ultimately boosting productivity and supporting peak performance. Throughout the workshop, led by HeartMath® Resilience Trainer Stephanie Veraghen, you’ll learn the skills necessary for identifying emotions on the “Depletion to Renewal Grid,” heighten self-awareness, and regulate energy expenditures. Plus, you’ll walk away with a powerful technique you can use to shift into a coherent and composed state whenever and wherever needed to amplify your energy.

About the Presenter:  

Stephanie Veraghen is the founder of Show Up Awesome, a certified life coach and HeartMath® Resilience trainer. She holds an Associate of Science degree in Graphic Design, bachelor’s degree in Advertising-Public Relations, and master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology, specializing in Leadership and Conflict Transformation which integrates the spiritual and transcendent aspects of the human experience with the framework of modern psychology. She draws on her background to teach people simple techniques for dealing with challenging people and situations using the wisdom of their hearts.
