In this session, led by certified aromatherapist Judy Minear, you’ll delve into the traits some of the most popular floral oils.

Floral essential oils are among the most popular and well-known scents. In this session, led by certified aromatherapist Judy Minear, you’ll delve into the traits some of the most popular floral oils, such as Lavendar and rose oil, have in common, learning why there are good reasons for their popularity. Then we’ll look at the intoxicating allure of the more exotic oils: think Jasmine and Neroli. Applications for this floral group include skin solutions, mood boosting and hormone balancing. Scent samples will be shared during the class. Join us for this deep dive into the flowers that provide a natural pharmacy for common issues.

This program is presented by Judy Minear and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
