Get ready to unleash your creative side at “Exercise Your Creativity”, where you’ll engage in fun exercises to ignite your imagination.

When was the last time you picked up a colored pencil or paintbrush? Did you know engaging in small acts of creativity in everyday life increases your overall wellbeing? If you’ve often said, “I’m not creative!” this is the opportunity for you to roll up your sleeves and tap into that long-dormant side of your brain. Each month, we invite you to Exercise Your Creativity in our free-flowing creative “happy hour.” There are no rules, no specific plans to follow, and coloring outside the lines is encouraged! The Center for Health & Wellbeing will provide art supplies, a facilitator to introduce you to the tools of your crafts, and a safe space to get creative. Attendance is free; advanced registrations are encouraged but drop-ins are welcome. This program is open to budding artists of all ages.

A rotating roster of artists will facilitate this monthly series and it is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

Registration Note:

Please note: As of August 2023, when you register via Eventbrite for community education programs at the Center for Health & Wellbeing, you are now required to accept our Waiver and Release as part of the Eventbrite checkout process. Visit YourHealthandWellbeing.org/waiverandrelease for more details.
