Caught in a rut during your lunch break? Join Crosby Wellness Center group exercise instructor KK Swanson as she shares tons of great ideas.

Caught in a rut during your lunch break? With just a little bit of planning and some inspiration, you’ll soon be packing lunches that are better for your body and your wallet.

In this class, led by Crosby Wellness Center group exercise instructor and nutrition consultant KK Swanson, you will learn healthy lunch recipes, plus find ways to make meal prep time more enjoyable!

Bring your notepad and writing utensil because she’ll be sharing tons of great ideas you won’t want to forget!

This program is presented by KK Swanson and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with Crosby Wellness Center.

About the Presenter:  

Katelynn Swanson, aka KK, has been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years. After attending the University of Florida and earning both her bachelor’s and Master’s in exercise science, KK worked with clients and companies all over New York City. She currently owns a personal training and nutrition business, helping clients all over the US become healthier. KK specializes in strength training, weight loss and nutrition education.
