Of course, we all want to live longer lives, but the real goal is longer, healthier lives. One of the best ways to achieve these goals starts in the kitchen.

Longevity is the current focus of much scientific research, with this research offering us new information about specific ingredients that can protect our DNA and increase our longevity. In this class, certified lifestyle medicine physician Laura Varich, MD, will discuss the latest longevity findings and the secrets of the populations who live the longest.

You will also discover how particular lifestyle and nutrition factors can slow aging and increase your health-span (the healthy years of life). Dr. Varich will provide practical, easy-to-apply tools for increasing your health-span and maintaining a youthful body and mind.
