Ghostly Greetings! Halloween is a real treat and it’s just around the corner. But it’s been a spooky year indeed with the pandemic throwing traditional Halloween activities into question.

This Halloween don’t be a scaredy cat — join Chef Collette Haw of Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen as she demonstrates how you and your family can make four Halloween-themed, flavor-packed healthy recipes that beats trick-or-treating door to door. Eating healthier and having fun has never been more important — both are on the agenda during this virtual program! Chef Collette will demonstrate how to make Pumpkin Donuts, Boo-Nana Ghost Pops, Goblin Potion and Mummy Flat Bread Pizzas. Stop in for a spell!

Special Instructions: Registrants will receive a booklet of recipes demonstrated during this program upon registering. Participants are encouraged to cook along.

This program is presented by Chef Collette Haw and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen.

About the Program Presenter

Chef Collette Haw is a classically trained Culinary Institute of America graduate. With an exceptional talent for taking a healthy ‘ho-hum’ to a flavor-rich ‘yum!’, Chef Haw approaches the Nourish menu with a unique hybrid of her comfort-food-gone-healthy and ‘food as medicine’ philosophies. Prior to assuming her leadership role at Nourish, Chef Haw spent several years operating her own successful meal delivery service out of Longwood—Collette’s Clean Eats—and as a private chef to a celebrity family in Atlanta.
